How Do I Chat With the Contabo Customer Support Team?

For quick or urgent questions, you can start a live chat with our Support team. To use the chat, you need an active Contabo account and be logged in to the Customer Panel. For more complex topics and issues, you can submit a ticket to our Support team.


1. Log in to the Customer Panel

  • Go to the new Customer Panel. If you have not logged in to the new Customer Control Panel before, please log in to the old Customer Panel, and click the 'Go to new.contabo.com' button at the top the page to create your login credentials.

  • Once logged in, click 'Support' in the left-hand menu and select 'Contact Us'.


2. Start Your Chat

There are two ways to start a chat with us:


Option 1: From the Customer Panel

  • In the Contact Us section, click Chat with Us.
  • Then, click the Chat icon that appears on the screen to start your conversation.


Option 2: From the Help Center

  • If you're already logged in to the new Control Panel, simply reload this page, and the chat window will automatically appear. 
  • You can also click the Chat icon in the bottom-right corner of this page to start chatting.


Please note that:

  • You’ll first chat with ContaBro, our virtual assistant.

  • If ContaBro can’t help, you’ll be connected to a Customer Support agent.

  • During busy times, the chat may be temporarily unavailable - in that case, please [submit a ticket].

  • Chat support is currently available in English only.
