By default, Contabo offers an unlimited amount of incoming traffic and a certain amount of outgoing traffic. The exact amount of outgoing traffic allowed per product can be found on the Contabo website here.

What are the rules for incoming traffic?

Incoming traffic is unlimited and unmetered, so you will never be charged extra based on your incoming traffic.

What are the rules for outgoing traffic?

Only if the outgoing bandwidth exceeds your bandwidth package for 10 consecutive days will your instance's port speed be throttled to the following rate, depending on your package:

10 TB set to 100 Mbit/s
32 TB set to 100 Mbit/s
81 TB set to 250 Mbit/s
162 TB set to 500 Mbit/s
243 TB set to 750 Mbit/s
324 TB set to 1 Gbit/s

This is to ensure that you stay within your traffic package and do not incur charges for exceeding the traffic package limit.
