What is the Full Monitoring tool?
The Full Monitoring tool allows you to monitor your servers and receive notifications if your server suffers an outage.
The Full Monitoring tool is an add-on that can be purchased either with a new server purchase or separately as an existing customer.
If you are an existing customer and would like to purchase the Full Monitoring add-on, please reach out to the Customer Support team.
You can raise a ticket with the customer support team via the Customer Control Panel here.
How do I access the Full Monitoring tool?
Once you have purchased the Full Monitoring add-on, you will receive a special login for Full Monitoring via the email that you entered during your purchase.
Follow the link in the email and you should be able to log in to the Full Monitoring tool.
