I'm having issues with my bandwidth/slowness, what should I do?

Due to changes and developments in the structure of the Internet, there may be some isolated and temporary limitations at various points in the Internet routing. Your local Internet access provider may be the source of bandwidth problems in your area, so it is always worth checking with your access provider to see if there are any known problems in your area.


It may be possible to make a significant improvement by adjusting various settings. To do this, please contact customer support with the answers to the following questions and they will be able to give you some guidance on these issues:


  • When did you notice the issues?
  • Are any applications in particular affected?
  • Can you provide any relevant metrics? (CPU Usage, RAM, disk usage, etc.)
  • What kind of traffic is your server currently handling?
  • Have you changed the network card settings?
  • Can you send an overview of the services used on your server and the corresponding network ports?
  • Can you send a traceroute protocol to your server?
