What credentials do I need to connect to S3 tools and API?

If you want to use S3 compatible object storage tools or connect to the S3 API, you will need a base URL which varies depending on the region of your object storage and your S3 credentials.

Below you can find the S3 base URL's. You will need to use the URL for your object storage's region. For example if your object storage's region is set to Singapore you will need to use the URL https://sin1.contabostorage.com.

Where can I find my S3 credentials?

1. Log in to the Customer Panel.
2. Click 'Account' on the menu on the left hand side of the page.
3. Select 'Security & Access' from the drop-down menu.
4. Scroll down to see 'S3 Object Storage Credentials'.
