Why Am I Being Charged Incorrectly?
If you think you've been charged incorrectly, you can view your invoices in the Customer Control Panel to find out more details about what you've been charged and why.

Also, we use a preauthorization process to verify that your payment method is valid and that funds are available. This process happens a few days before your actual payment due date to help ensure there are no disruptions to your service.
