How do I change my billing currency?
Can I pay in a different currency?
It is not possible to manually make a payment in a currency different from the one set on your account.
If you attempt to pay using another currency, the payment will be rejected and automatically refunded.
How can I change the currency on my account?

What happens when your currency Is changed?
Changing the billing currency requires a new customer account to be created. As a result, some information from your current account will be changed or lost.
Please be aware of the following consequences:
You will receive a new customer ID
You will receive new login credentials for the Customer Control Panel
Two-factor authentication (2FA) will be deactivated
Your payment history will be reset
All invoices from the old account will no longer be available
Any existing account balance will be lost
Your payment method will be removed and must be added again
Subscription prices will be converted to the new currency based on current prices on the Contabo website
Administrative fee
An administrative fee applies when changing the billing currency.
The exact amount depends on the currency of your current account and will be confirmed by Customer Support when you submit your request.
Why do prices look different after the change?
After changing currencies, you may notice slight price differences for your services. This is normal and happens because:
Exchange rates fluctuate constantly
Prices cannot be perfectly matched across all currencies at all times.
