Where can I find my invoices?

You can find your invoices in the Customer Control Panel, see below for steps on how to access your invoices.

How do find my invoices?

1. Open the Customer Control Panel.
2. Click on "Billing" from the blue "control panel" section on the left hand side of the page.
3. Here you should find your current balance and a list of your previous invoices listed below.

When are invoices sent by Contabo?

At the beginning of each month, Contabo creates your monthly invoice.

How do I change my invoice address?

1. Open the Customer Control Panel.
2. Click on "Customer details" in the blue "control panel" section on the left hand side of the page.
3. Scroll down to the "Invoice address" text box.
4. In the text box, enter the new invoice address along with your name or company name.

Once you have set up a new billing address, it will be used for all future invoices and will override the customer details you originally used to purchase a Contabo product.
