Where can I find my invoices?

You can find your invoices in the Customer Control Panel, this way you can see if you have any outstanding invoices you need to pay or find your old invoices.

How do find my invoices?

1. Öffnen Sie das Kundenlogin.
2. Click on "Billing" from the blue "control panel" section on the left hand side of the page.
3. Hier sollten Sie Ihren aktuellen Kontostand und eine Liste Ihrer früheren Rechnungen finden, die unten aufgeführt sind.

When are invoices sent by Contabo?

At the beginning of each month, Contabo creates your monthly invoice.

How do I change my invoice address?

1. Öffnen Sie das Kundenlogin.
2. Click on "Customer details" in the blue "control panel" section on the left hand side of the page.
3. Scroll down to the "Invoice address" text box.
4. In the text box, enter the new invoice address along with your name or company name.

Once you have set up a new billing address, it will be used for all future invoices and will override the customer details you originally used to purchase a Contabo product.
