If you see a black screen after the initial connection when connecting via VNC, then this is correct, just click into the VNC window and press the Enter key. Your operating system will then respond with the login screen.

If this doesn't work we also recommend rebooting your server. Sollte dies nicht funktionieren, empfehlen wir Ihnen, Ihren Server neu zu starten.

• Can you provide any error messages or error codes you received?
• What programs or applications are installed on the server that may be interfering with the setup?
• Please provide your login and port information so that the support team can access your server for diagnosis.
