How can I cancel a Contabo service? 

You can cancel all of services in the Customer Control Panel by following these steps:

1. Open the Customer Control Panel.
2. Click "Your services" in the blue "control panel" section on the left hand side of the page.
3. Click the manage button next to the service you want to cancel.
4. Click "Cancel service" in the drop-down menu that opens.

How can I close my Contabo account?

Each account will be removed after the last product on the account is canceled, which means you will not be able to log in to the Customer Control Panel if you have no subscriptions left.

So if you want to close your Contabo account completely, cancel all your subscriptions and your account will be closed shortly after.

Can I re-activate my Contabo account after closing it?

If you wish to purchase Contabo services after cancelling your subscription, simply order a product as a new customer and a new account will be created for you.

Can I cancel a newly purchased Contabo product?

You can request revocation of your Contabo product within the first 14 days of your Contabo contract.
