How can I order a new product as an existing customer?

As an existing user, you can use the Customer Control Panel to place additional orders for new services.

To do order a new product as an existing customer, use the Customer Control Panel then, click on the product you wish to purchase in the "New Order" section on the left hand side of the Customer Control Panel.

You will then be redirected to the Contabo website where you can select the products you wish to purchase and complete the order process in just a few quick steps. 

All the necessary information regarding your existing account will be pre-populated by our system.

Limits to ordering new products:

By default, each account has a limit of 75 VPS, 20 VDS, and 10 Dedicated Servers. You can request to increase your account limit by contacting customer support.
